For the first time ever, Red Lobster was introducing Surf & Turf to their menu. Since this was a departure from strictly seafood, we needed to convince customers that the same craft and passion for food would go into their steak. With an eye-catching, long-scrolling email, we showed customers there’s much more to Red Lobster’s Surf & Turf than meets the eye.
